the current corona situation has us all firmly in its grip and will probably keep us busy for a long time to come. Many things have to be organized differently, familiar procedures cannot take place and personal contact with each other is severely limited or even impossible. For you, your customers and for us, however, personal contact is not only the most beautiful and normal thing in the world, but also one of the most important business principles. Nevertheless, we must now keep our distance from each other and look for other ways to stay in touch.

We at VetZ have reorganized our infrastructure in the last few days so that you can reach us as usual, no matter where you are or where we are. With Microsoft Teams, we have set up a communication platform for all employees, which allows us to provide you with personal "face-to-face" support in addition to our telephone options. We would like to invite you to join us if you have the time and freedom to get more out of our products in the coming weeks and months. For example, more communication, more organization or more stock control. We will work at even greater speed to complete our new knowledge and training platform, which will be launched with our next easyVET release.

For the time being, our consulting team will advise you free of charge and train you on Microsoft Teams if you give us the opportunity. Our sales team will support you with the integration of mayBASE and help you to set up your "Ready for petsXL" appointment calendar, so that your customers can easily book their appointments online. We have decided to give you petsXL as a gift for the next three months so that it’s even easier to communicate digitally with your customers*. Let us work together now on the time to come, when other things might be more important – for example electronic prescriptions, cashless payment or animal telemedicine.
