The mobile digital X-ray system.

With the XDR5, we have achieved the impossible: we have developed the lightest, most compact and most powerful digital X-ray system that has ever existed. Everything you need for X-raying is contained within the system's unique aluminium and carbon housing: leading detector technology, an energy source that allows many hours of cable-free X-raying as well as a 20" multitouch tablet with a phenomenal 4K retina display. It is the very first display that exceeds the resolution of all X-ray detectors out there and can losslessly display your X-rays in their original size. And because it is also a tablet, you can remove it from the system's housing, so that you can view and discuss the X-ray images everywhere, either in portrait or landscape format. Be impressive on the go with the XDR5.

Extremely light and attractive design.

The XDR5 is milled from aluminium by our specialists and is strengthened with carbon (CFC). This was the only way to develop the lightest, most stable and attractively designed housing. Together with the detector, tablet and accessories, the XDR5 weighs only an unbelievable 9.8 kg.

Razor-sharp and brilliant.

The new 4K Retina Display displays your X-ray images in an unmatched resolution and quality thanks to its 10 million pixels. 3840 x 2560 pixels display each detail 1:1 in its original size. And that applies to practically every perspective, thanks to IPS technology.

Bigger and better than the rest.

Our 20" high-performance multitouch tablet sets new standards in every sense. It is not only the largest and fastest tablet for mobile systems, it is also the lightest. This allows you to use it with or without the XDR5 anywhere.

Cable-free and fully automatic.

It doesn't matter where you happen to find yourself: with the XDR5, you can create X-rays without cables. Thanks to the latest Wi-Fi technology, long-lasting batteries and AED (Auto Exposure Detection), fully automated detection of X-rays triggers the detectors.

Fast and clever X-raying.

The XDR5 is ready to use far more quickly than any other system because our developers were able to come up with a single carrier concept for the XDR5, the detector and the detector protection. Just unpack, fold out, turn on and you're good to go.

The best for your X-ray images.

We have been putting our trust in our partner cuattro for many years now. This is because we are convinced that X-ray images simply turn out best with cuattro detectors and cuattro software. It is not for nothing that our systems are the market leaders in Europe.

The best for your X-ray room.

When you combine detectors with the highest resolution, the most advanced software and intelligent image processing, the outcome must be superior to anything that has come before. Something that will inspire you: X-ray images of unbelievable quality. Sharper, more brilliant and far more detailed than ever before. With its 18.7 million 100-µm pixels, it is possible to create unparalleled X-ray images of dogs, cats, domestic animals, birds as well as exotic animals. Fully automatically. This is only possible thanks to the technicians, programmers and veterinarians who developed the XDR4 HD, having spent the past 20 something years doing little else than getting the very best out of X-ray images on a pixel-by-pixel and image-by-image basis. Meaning you can simply X-ray better – with XDR4 HD.

X-ray images in ultra-high definition.

Our cuattro 1717 HD detector not only has the most pixels with its highly impressive 18.7 million pixels, but also the smallest ones. With a size of just 100 µm, this means that you will be able to identify even the finest structures perfectly.

Sharper images with fewer doses.

cuattro detectors exclusively use caesium iodide as scintillator material. The needle-shaped crystalline structure of caesium iodide takes the best advantage of the X-rays available. This is why both cuattro detectors achieve the best values when it comes to DQE and MTF.

With or without cable.

It doesn't matter which detector you choose: the cable-free 1417 HD or the cable-connected 1717 HD. With AED (Auto Exposure Detection), both detectors trigger fully automatically at exactly the right time. Completely without being connected to the generator.

Very sleek high performance.

Where there isn't much space, things can't be in the way. That is why our high-performance computer hangs completely flat against the wall and is only noticeable when the integrated 23" screen displays a brilliant X-ray image.

Perfect exposure every time.

Wouldn't it be great to have a device that displayed the optimal exposure for each type of animal, each weight and each body part, and which automatically transferred the settings for tube voltage (kV) and mAs to your X-ray system? Then all you need is the XDR4 HD. It works here.

Each image perfect.

As soon as you create the first X-ray image, you will notice that you no longer need to fix any settings, make any improvements or retake an image. You just press the button. And you will be delighted at the way the images turn out – each and every one. And everything else, too.
