In 1999, we released our first web application: easyLAB. It was developed to enable veterinary practices to download their laboratory results from a central server right into their software – in a standardised format, regardless of which laboratory the results came from. At the same time, it offered laboratories the opportunity to cut administrative overheads and simplify data exchange processes with their clients. Right after it was introduced, no one believed that easyLAB would catch on. But after just a few months, all key laboratories in Germany were connected to, which laid the foundation for an extraordinary success story.

In 2005, we launched our online contract management solution. It was the first web-based product of its kind for laboratories worldwide. That enabled vets to create examination orders right in their practice management software, send them to the laboratory online and download the results to the record card automatically.

Today, is connected to many laboratories around the world and supports all national and international standards on the exchange of laboratory content. Collaboration with leading laboratories means that creating examination orders is easier than ever before. Our push service provides real-time information on new results and automatically downloads them to the appropriate record card in the background. is the central switchboard for modern communications. We use online services that are simple to integrate to enable software, cloud and online providers to give their clients powerful communication systems right in their application. Thanks to the integration of, veterinary clinics can automatically send text messages to remind their clients about appointments, vaccinations and medications that need to be administered at regular intervals. You can create and send emails containing anything you want, such as invoices, certificates or letters of referral. And you can subscribe to, our app for owners, which offers almost unlimited capabilities for connecting to your clients. You can use it to exchange information related to treatment, set appointments in real time, send push notifications, get feedback on treatment that has taken place or post veterinary tutorial videos, for example.

One of our most powerful web applications is communication with image data. When we launched easyIMAGE in 2001, we were faced with the challenge of sending, managing and displaying high-quality X-ray images, videos and CT image sequences. We developed an online PACS that now manages thousands of examinations every day, that can be used by any veterinary practice, and that allows vets to view high-quality images on any device thanks to the integrated easyIMAGE web viewer.

Teleradiology is the leading platform for centralised recording, storage and analysis of examinations of severe eye, heart and musculoskeletal disorders in animals across Europe. Vets all over the world enter their examination results in and transfer their digital HD, ED, and OCD X-ray images and CT image sequences right to our platform. Expert reviewers, organisations and breeders’ associations evaluate the data, images and image sequences transferred using our specially developed online tools and can produce informative statistics and diagrams in just a few steps.

What began in 2004 with the development of the first online application for DOK, a Dortmund-based association for animal eye disorders, is now one of the most important and powerful areas of our platform. In addition to the DOK, the GRSK (an association for X-ray diagnoses of genetic skeletal disorders in small animals) and the heart specialists of CC (Collegium Cardiologicum), organisations in other countries and multinational organisations also use These include ECVO (European College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists), for which we developed a centralised database of anonymised analyses of eye examination results from across Europe, Lectures officielles DH/DC in France, and Fondazione Salute Animal (FSA) in Italy, which carry out their hip and elbow dysplasia examinations using and our easyIMAGE web viewer.

State-of-the-art specialist online applications are available for all examinations, none of which can be found anywhere else. There are modern web dialogues for recording examination results. These dialogues are easy to adapt and integrate into any existing practice management software. It includes intelligent online services for transferring digital HD, ED and OCD X-ray images and CT image sequences in DICOM format using drag and drop; this service can also be fully automated, and can process almost unlimited volumes of data. And there are powerful tools available for evaluation, which can be used to analyse any data, display it in a visual form, or export it for further processing.
When a veterinary practice transfers an animal to a specialised clinic, it sets in motion a complex process: previous treatment information, examination results and images are sought and compiled, the relevant transfer form is filled out, and everything is transmitted to the clinic. The clinic arranges an appointment with the client and discusses how treatment will proceed. When the client arrives at the clinic, all data related to the client, the animal, the referring veterinary practice and the case history are recorded manually in the clinic management software. When the specialised clinic transfers the animal back to the referring veterinary practice, an almost identical process takes place. The total amount of administrative overheads borne by both sides often amounts to several hours.

With, it can all be done in a few minutes. The veterinary practice puts the existing treatment information, examination results and images together in its practice management software, opens our online application, and selects which specialised clinic it wants to transfer the information to. All client and animal data is immediately recorded in the accompanying transfer form, and all examination information is attached in standardised formats such as PDF and DICOM. Missing and required information is quickly entered, and everything is sent to the specialised clinic with a single click. That clinic is informed about the new transfer via a push notification and can use our online application to view the data of the referring veterinary practice, the client, the animal and the animal’s case history immediately. Everything they need to contact the animal’s owner and arrange an appointment is there. The client receives a text message confirmation and, on request, further information, tutorial videos, and a consent form regarding the upcoming appointment. This means that everyone involved is perfectly prepared with minimum hassle. When the client arrives at the specialised clinic, all information will be stored in the clinic management software with a single click. And, of course, everything works just as simply and quickly when it comes to retransferring. offers teleradiologists and their clients a range of interfaces, online applications and services that enable them to exchange examination orders, image data and findings reports using a simple and standardised platform. This saves the teleradiologist from having to develop a proprietary application, which is often a laborious and costly process. Our online order management system for teleradiologists with integrated PACS makes it possible to get off to a quick and simple start. Services such as the presentation of the team, programming individual order forms, integrating service catalogues and order management as a whole, including invoicing, round out our portfolio of services.

Clients can create their examination forms in any browser or right in their software package and transfer them to the teleradiologist along with related images, videos and image sequences. The teleradiologists can analyse the transferred image data in our powerful easyIMAGE web viewer and then create professional findings reports using the integrated, online word processing tool. The client will be automatically informed about the completed findings reports thanks to our push service, and can download the reports right in his or her own software package.
